Welcoming Our Executives- and VC-in-Residence

At the UW Tech Exploration Lab, we believe the best innovation happens at the intersection of disciplines — and when students have access to real-world perspectives, feedback, and mentorship.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce our Executives- and VC-in-Residence for Summer 2025 — a group of visionary leaders helping students bridge the gap between curiosity and capability:

Singari Seshadri
Former Nike Digital executive and current startup founder, Singari brings insights at the intersection of product innovation, digital strategy, and consumer tech. Her focus on applied AI and athlete-led entrepreneurship is already inspiring new projects in the Lab.

Christian Kaczmarczyk
A seasoned venture capitalist with deep experience in healthcare and digital health, Christian brings an investor’s lens to evaluating opportunities. His mentorship is helping student teams think critically about value propositions, business models, and go-to-market strategies.

Patrick Reetz
Product leader and startup builder, Patrick is passionate about prototyping and forming effective teams in the earliest stages of venture development. His real-world startup experience gives students insight into what it takes to bring an idea to life.

These incredible professionals — all Wisconsin School of Business alumni — regularly meet with students, provide feedback on early concepts, and support the journey from exploration to impact.

We’re grateful for their time, wisdom, and commitment to fostering the next generation of innovators. Together, we’re shaping an innovation ecosystem where students, alumni, and industry collaborate to build what’s next.

Stay tuned for more stories from the Lab — and reach out if you’re interested in participating as a future mentor or advisor!
