On September 12, the Lab will have an Info Table at the UW Entrepreneurship Kickoff — the university-wide launch event for all things startups, innovation, and impact. Come to meet Lab staff and learn more. This high-energy gathering brings together over 15+ student orgs, campus programs, and local partners shaping UW–Madison’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
What to Expect:
- Network with innovators, founders, investors, and builders
- Connect with student orgs, accelerators, and VC groups
- Discover campus and community entrepreneurial resources

Monday, September 18
In the following week, on Thursday, September 18, 4:30-6:00, we will host a Lab Kick Off for students to share their ideas, meet team members, be matched to industry projects, and learn about events and activities for the fall. A sign up for this event will be available online soon.
This event is for students who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make a plan for the semester.
What to Expect:
- Meet Lab staff and see the space at 1403 University Ave.
- Learn more about Lab resources and events
- Take part in breakouts to meet others and work on draft plans for self-directed projects, Venture Build, Digital Health Challenge, and Innovation Fellow programs
