On August 15, the UW Tech Exploration Lab is hosting a one-day AI hackathon alongside executives from community and regional credit unions across the country. Student teams will work directly with industry leaders to explore, prototype, and pitch AI-powered solutions to real operational challenges — from member experience and loan workflows to fraud detection and back-office efficiency.
Not just for coders. Open to all UW–Madison students from CS, data science, engineering, business, design, and beyond. No finance background required. Food provided. Cash prizes for top teams.
